PPSSPP is an open source project, licensed under the GPL 2.0 (or later), the emulator can run your PSP games on your PC in full HD resolution or even higher, it can also upscale textures to make them sharper, and you can enable post-processing shaders. To get it up and running, you'll need to do the following initial setup:
1. Download and extract PPSSPP;
2. Obtain your necessary PSP game files (ISO/CSO);
3. Launch PPSSPP, the emulator may request permissions or skip directly to the main screen;
4. To show games, you need to go on the home screen an look for the Games panel, select the Browse... option or click Load..., then navigate to the folder where you stored your game files (the games directory you set up in step 2);
